That is my title, and it includes myself. I mean, in this day and age, where everyone and their grandmother is on Facebook and/or Twitter, who is blogging? Not me. My parents aren't on Facebook, so I know that they might read this, if I told them there was an update, but is anyone else? Hello? Hello?
When I started this blog, while we were in Korea, I love it. I enjoyed it. I tried to take pictures JUST to use on my blog. What happened to that? It was fun. I apparently, am a crappy blogger.
In typical American fashion, the KrazyFam enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving Thursday, and then moved right into Christmas mode on Friday. Tis the season...
We went to the tree farm in search of the perfect tree. I searched all over for a farm that sells my favorite, the silver tip pine, and found one.
We rode the Polar Express on Saturday.

Sunday we spent decorating the perfect tree, and the two others in the house. The alien dog is a bonus. Karl spent much of the day up on the roof putting up the lights. Photos of that to follow....
Collin has been part of a rookie robotics team here at their elementary school. It is a league that is organized and sponsored by Lego, where they have an overall robot mission (this year called Food Factor to teach kids about food and bacteria), as well as core values and a presentation. The team entered their first competition this weekend and it was no small feat for these first time 5th graders. Many of the teams had been entering for years, and experience can help. :) Collin was in charge of the robot design and programming (all members had different "jobs" on the team) and he did AWESOME!!!
Their robot came in 6th of 12, and we have a few more competitions this year to add some tasks for the robot to complete (they have 2.5 minutes per round to do as many tasks and earn as many points - three rounds, highest score counts).
A great experience and lots of fun. The robot and board have been at our house for a couple of weeks now. As fun as this all is, I am ready for it to go back to school. :)

After the fact....both got pretty overwhelmed after about an hour and requested that we come home. It was damn busy in our neighborhood, so we were pretty overwhelmed too.
Happy Labor Day 2011 to all of our KrazyReaders! We had a pretty low key, yet fun weekend. :)
Riding the rails at Gold Rush Days...
....super fun! They cover up the streets of Old Sac with dirt, people are costumed, and horses and wagons ride throughout the streets. It really gives you a true idea of 1849. :)
Next day, on to Jelly Belly. And a factory tour. We have done this before, but it is always a hit!

Day three brought house work, and play with friends. Payton has taken up the role as "Dad." He is the oldest of the youngest group. So, not really old enough to wander afar with the big kids, but totally old enough to boss the little girls around. It is a good thing that he is super cool with Girl Play! :)
